The rules of this blackjack variant are easy to understand and we shall first take a look at the rules pertaining to splitting cards

You may split any two cards that have the same value, this also includes un-alike ten valued cards like Jacks, Queens and Kings. But by splitting Aces just one card will be dealt to each Ace, and if you are dealt a ten valued card to either or both then this is a 21 hand and not a Blackjack.

You may, should you choose too, Double Down on any hand that has a value of 9, 10 or 11, and you are also allowed to double down after splitting cards.

The Dealer will always hit a soft 17 hand. The Dealer always deals his cards face-up on the table. All tied hands will be won by the Dealer, except a tied Blackjack hand in which the Player will always win such hands.
